Simple guide for dental clinics

How to use DentiVision AI

A smart assistant for your dental clinic. Upload patient imaging, let the platform prepare structured findings for your review, and produce professional reports — all in one secure workspace.

Two words you will see everywhere

Case

A patient visit. When you create a case, you enter the patient’s name, sex, date of birth, and the clinical question you want answered. The age is calculated automatically from the date of birth.

Study

One imaging set inside a case — for example, a periapical X-ray, a panoramic image, or a CBCT volume. A case can contain several studies over time.

Sex is recorded as Male or Female so the report is clinically consistent.

The clinic workflow

Three clear steps

Every case follows the same path. Each step has one primary action, so the workspace stays simple.

  1. 1

Create the case & upload a study

Start a patient visit and add the imaging.

    • Click New Case and enter the patient’s information.
    • Choose Male or Female and enter the Date of Birth. Age is filled in automatically.
    • Upload the X-ray, panoramic, or CBCT file. The platform checks the file type and stores it privately.
Cases → New Case → Upload StudyCreate a case
  2. 2

Run AI analysis on the study

Let the platform prepare structured findings for your review.

    • Once the study passes technical validation, the Run Analysis button becomes available.
    • DentiVision AI detects the modality, maps the teeth (FDI numbering), and runs only the eligible modules.
    • Every output is a suggestion. Nothing is diagnosed automatically.

  3. 3

Review findings & sign the report

Verify, edit, and finalize the clinical report.

    • Open the Review workspace to compare each finding with the source image.
    • Resolve any contradictions. Critical conflicts block report signing until you review them.
    • Generate the report, review the preview, and sign when you are satisfied.

What to expect

You stay in control

AI outputs are suggestions. A clinician must confirm every finding before a report is finalized.

Quality first

If an image fails validation — wrong file type, poor quality, or missing metadata — the platform tells you why.

Evidence-linked outputs

Each finding is linked to the source image coordinates and model version so you can verify it.

Advanced specialty tools

After you complete the main workflow, you can open deeper tools for specific clinical questions. These are optional and are kept behind the main workflow so they do not clutter the day-to-day clinic flow.

CBCT canal tracing & morphology
Periodontal bone-level tracking
Surgical anatomy & nerve mapping
Orthodontic / cephalometric measurements
Oral pathology differential support
Lesion analysis per root

Private and secure by default

Imaging is stored in private buckets. Signed URLs are used for viewing. Every action is logged in an audit trail. Role-based access controls keep clinic staff data separated.
